Of course, we are used to the glittering papers with bows and lots of shine. It looks great, admittedly, but should we really burden the environment with these brief moments?
There are very nice alternatives:
- For example, let children paint beautiful pictures on wrapping paper. – That’s unique!
Make wrapping paper with the children by potato printing or leaf printing (instructions are available from Utopia)
- Cloth bag that you can use later (or fabrics, if you want to sew later)
Old book pages, newsprint, sheet music, maps, city maps, comics
Recycled wrapping paper, for example, from these suppliers
With a few fir branches, cones and cord it looks naturally good!
